After contaminated hose and turnout gear has been thoroughly and safely washed, it is necessary for it to be dried in a quick and safe manner. Circul-Air Drying Cabinets provide a safe and more economical alternative to the cost of towers and the damaging practice of drying on hot pavement or in intense sunlight – both of which have the potential to damage expensive equipment.
Since 1940 the Dual Purpose dryer has been the heavyweight king of hose drying. This cabinet can be configured as a combination of PPE and/or Hose drying. Up to 500’ of 5” hose or 6 sets of gear can be processed in this unit. Fully NFPA 1851 Compliant.
