Return Goods Authorization Procedure

Return Policy

  • 30-day return policy on all purchased goods (No credit for shipping charges).
  • 25% restocking fee on all in-stock items. (Non-returnable after 30 days.)
  • All custom or special order items are non-returnable (no exceptions).
  • Credit will be issued upon Heiman Inc. or our vendor receiving the product back in new condition.
  • All returns must be authorized and have an RGA number obtained via returns@heimanfire.com.
  • Damaged or used products are non-returnable.

Note: Do not return any product directly to our vendor without authorization from Heiman Inc.

Please check your package(s) to ensure your order was completed to your satisfaction. If you have any questions about your order, please review the following before contacting us:

Missing Items

Check the column marked “B.O.” on your packing slip. If there is a quantity in that column next to the missing item, it means that the item is on back order and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Most stock items on back order usually ship within 2 weeks.

Damaged Goods

If damage was caused by the shipper, please contact them directly before contacting us.

Wrong Items

We are happy to help you get the correct item. Please email returns@heimanfire.com to request an authorization number (RGA). Without this number, your return will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 25% applies to misordered items.

How to Receive and Use an RGA Number

  1. Email returns@heimanfire.com to request an authorization number (RGA).
  2. Have your packing slip ready. We will need:
    • Reason for the return
    • Customer number
    • Invoice number
    • Product part number and description
    • Purchase date
  3. Fill out the return form on our website (Return Goods Authorization Form) or email returns@heimanfire.com for a copy of the form.
  4. RGA numbers expire 2 weeks after the issue date — please ship the item promptly.
  5. Inside the package, include your:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Daytime phone number
    • Reason for return
  6. Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  7. Keep your RGA number and return shipping receipt for future reference.
