Return & Refund Policy

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO SENDING BACK RETURN

Policy

  • 30 day return policy on all purchased goods from invoiced date.
  • 25% restocking fee on all in-stock items (no credit for shipping charges)
  • Vendor restocking fee on all non-stocking returnable items
  • All special order items are non-returnable (no exceptions)
  • Credit will be issued upon Heiman, Inc. receiving credit from vendor
  • All returns must be authorized and to the attention of the Warehouse Returns Dept.

Please check your package(s) to make sure your order was completed to your satisfaction. If there is a question on the order, please consider the following suggestions before calling:

 

Missing Items:

Check the column marked "B.O." on your packing slip. If there is an -0- in the column next to the item that is missing, it means that we will be shipping as soon as the item is available. Most stock items that are back-ordered are usually shipped in 2 weeks. Please refer to the back of this page for further information.

 

 

Damaged Goods:

If there is damage caused by the shipper, you will need to contact them. Then call us.

 

 

Wrong Items:

Call for a "Return Good Authorization" Number (RGA). 
Without this number your return will not be accepted!! We will be more than happy to help you to get the item you wanted. There will be a restocking charge of 25% on mis-ordered items.

 

 

RGA Number...How To Receive and Use One:

  1. Call 605-543-5510 and ask for the warehouse supervisor.
  2. Have your packing slip ready - we will need to know:
    • Reason for return
    • Customer number
    • Invoice number
    • Product part number and description
    • Purchase date
  3. RGA number expires 2 weeks after issue date. Please ship the item right away. Note: when returning items, you are responsible for the product in shipping. We suggest that you insure the item for its value to be sure it is returned in good shape.
  4. Make sure you put a note in the return package with your name, address and daytime phone number on it. We may need to call. Also state the reason for the return.
  5. Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  6. Keep your RGA number and return shipping receipt for future reference.
